Innerlyo utilizes third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) providers (such as OpenAI, Google, etc.) via secure APIs to generate conversational responses. Your inputs are anonymized and transmitted to these third-party processors solely for the purpose of generating real-time responses.

3. Data Retention and Deletion Rights

You retain full ownership of your personal data. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated chat history at any time. Once requested, your data will be permanently purged from our database and cannot be recovered.

In the event of cyberattacks, data breaches, unauthorized server access, data leaks, or any malicious activities conducted by malicious third parties (hackers), or force majeure, Innovelf Tech, its developers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or system compromises. You acknowledge that you use the Application at your own risk.
