StickyNote ("the Application") is a note-taking and productivity application developed and operated by Innovelf Tech ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"). This Privacy Policy describes how your data is collected, processed, and managed. By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you explicitly agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. Data Collection and Purpose

We collect information necessary to provide and improve our services:

• Note Content: The text, checklists, drawings, and photos you create within the Application are stored locally on your device by default. If you enable iCloud Sync, this content is also stored in your personal iCloud account, governed by Apple's own privacy practices — we do not have access to this data.
• Photos and Camera Access: If you attach a photo to a note or use the drawing feature on an image, the Application requests access to your device's camera or photo library solely to complete that action. These images are not uploaded to our servers.
• Widget and Live Activity Data: If you pin a note to your Lock Screen or Dynamic Island, the relevant note content is shared with Apple's WidgetKit and ActivityKit frameworks solely to display it on your device. This data does not pass through our servers.
• Biometric Authentication: If you lock a note with Face ID or a passcode, authentication is handled entirely by Apple's on-device Face ID / Touch ID framework. We never receive, see, or store your biometric data.
• Purchase Information: If you subscribe to StickyNote Pro, your purchase is processed by Apple's App Store and/or RevenueCat. We receive only your subscription status (active, expired, etc.) — never your payment or card details.

2. No Sale of Personal Data

StickyNote does not display third-party advertising and does not use your note content for any purpose other than providing the Application's core functionality to you.

3. Data Retention and Deletion Rights

You retain full ownership of your notes and personal data. Since notes are stored locally on your device by default, deleting a note or uninstalling the Application permanently removes that data from your device. If you have enabled iCloud Sync, deleting your notes will also remove them from your iCloud account. If you have any account or subscription data associated with our services, you may request its permanent deletion at any time by contacting us at innovelftech@gmail.com.

4. Security Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

While we implement industry-standard administrative and technical security measures to safeguard your information, no method of transmission over the internet, iCloud synchronization, or electronic storage is 100% secure. In the event of cyberattacks, data breaches, unauthorized server access, data leaks, or any malicious activities conducted by malicious third parties (hackers), or force majeure, Innovelf Tech, its developers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or system compromises. You acknowledge that you use the Application at your own risk.

5. US State-Specific Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, or other US states with comprehensive privacy laws, you are granted specific rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to Know/Access: You have the right to request what personal data we collect and process.
• Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.
• Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: We explicitly state that StickyNote does not "sell" or "share" your personal information or note content with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Application is not intended for, nor do we knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). If we become aware that a child under these ages has provided us with personal data without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our servers.
